Billings continues his series of videos made on his iPhone. Two screens show On The Road, Billing’s new video installation. The work is a journey from order to chaos. At its center is 15 second clip of the artist watching Pornhub. Two similar looking men sit in a car giving each other handjobs over the central controls, while Billings changes the view on his phone. From this origin, the video expands out into an expression of accelerationist chaos.

Through over using filter apps, designed to enhance digital footage, Billings breaks the image to the point of complete abstraction, with pulsating eggs/familiar faces/painterly gestures coming through from the chaos.
